Divide [tex] 4 [/tex] by [tex] \frac{2}{3} [/tex]

so

[tex] \frac{4}{\frac{2}{3}}= \frac{4*3}{2} \\\\ =6 [/tex]

therefore

the answer is [tex] 6 [/tex]
