The answer is 'yes', but the 'other number' is always ' 1 '.
The definition of 'prime' number is the explanation.

A prime number is a number that has no factors except ' 1 ' and itself.
If it were a multiple of anything besides ' 1 ' and itself, it would not be
a 'prime' number.
