Answer: 32/3

We know that

[tex]x= \frac{-2(a-\frac{1}{3} )}{\frac{b}{15} } \\\\a\frac{-4}{5} \\b=-2.25[/tex]

Now we plug in a and b to our equation.

We get: [tex]\frac{-2(\frac{-4}{5}-\frac{1}{3}}{(\frac{2.25}{15}) }[/tex]

Simplifying, we get: [tex]\frac{1.6}{0.15} = \frac{32}{3}[/tex]
