0a - 2b - 4 = 0

-2b = 4 - 0a
b = (4 - 0a)/ -2
b = -2

3a + 5b - 7 = 0
3a + 5(-2) - 7 = 0
3a - 10 - 7 = 0
3a - 17 = 0
3a = 17
a = 17/3 or 5 2/3
